A regimen of high-dose vitamins is beneficial for competition horses at the end of the season, as well as for weanlings or broodmares with specific vitamin requirements. Older horses or those in recovery visibly benefit, especially when vitamins from the B-complex and other antioxidant nutrients are fed in a highly bioavailable form. We recommend No. 17 Fire Ray, especially at the end of October and the beginning of February, as a supplement during a ‘low-vitamin’ period.

No. 17 Fire Ray is a vitamin booster, where vitamins from the B-complex are embedded in a fast and transport-friendly base of blueberries, pomegranate peels, black currants, aronia, and goji berries. This enhances the bioavailability of vitamins and achieves a vitamin-sparing effect.

High Bioavailability through Plant Micronutrients

In No. 17 Fire Ray, vitamins are accompanied by high-quality antioxidant nutrients such as anthocyanins from blueberries and specific polysaccharides from goji berries. The high content of these secondary plant substances from red berries makes this vitamin preparation unique and incomparable. Additionally, glutamine and lecithin, two essential components for the nervous system, are included in the formulation. Glutamine is an amino acid with significant importance for muscles, cell health, thinking, and memory.

In contrast to all other dr.Weyrauch products, synthetic vitamins were used (except for Vitamin E and Vitamin K1 from the alfalfa extract) since it was not possible to source the vitamins in this quantity from natural sources.
