§1 General Information

Your personal data (e.g. title, name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, bank details, credit card number) are processed by us solely in accordance with the provisions of German data protection law and the data protection law of the European Union (GDPR).
The following provisions inform you about the purposes of processing, recipients, legal bases, storage periods, as well as your rights and the controller responsible for data processing.

This privacy policy applies exclusively to our website. If you are redirected to other websites via links on our site, please inform yourself there about the respective handling of your data

 

§2 Data Processing for Contract Fulfilment

(1) Purpose of Processing

Your personal data provided to us during the ordering process are necessary for concluding a contract with us. Without providing your address, we cannot send you the goods.
For certain payment methods, we require additional payment data, which we transmit to the payment service providers commissioned by us. The processing of your data entered during the ordering process takes place exclusively for the purpose of fulfilling the contract.

If you contact us by e-mail or via a contact form prior to concluding a contract, we will process the data transmitted in this way for the purpose of carrying out pre-contractual measures, e.g. to answer your product inquiries.

In the case of opening a customer account, your data (in particular name, address, payment method, e-mail, and password) will be processed for registration and management of your account. Via your account, you can view your orders and shop faster. The account can be deleted at any time by notifying us or by using the corresponding delete function.

We store the data required for contract fulfilment until the expiry of the statutory warranty and, if applicable, contractual guarantee periods.
Data required under commercial and tax law are retained for the statutory periods (usually ten years).
Pre-contractual data are deleted as soon as it is evident that no contract will be concluded.

 

§3 Use of E-Mail Address for Direct Advertising and Newsletter

(1) Purpose of Processing

We use your e-mail address, which you provided in connection with a purchase, to inform you by e-mail about similar products from our range in the future (§ 7 para. 3 UWG).
You can object to the use of your e-mail address for this purpose at any time, e.g. via the unsubscribe link in each e-mail or by notifying us, without incurring any costs other than the transmission costs according to the basic rates.

If you separately register for our newsletter, we will use your e-mail address exclusively for this purpose. After registration, you will receive a confirmation e-mail (double opt-in procedure) to verify your consent. Only after confirmation will the newsletter be sent.

(1) Purpose of Processing:
It is possible to leave comments. Your details (e.g. name/pseudonym, e-mail address, website) will be processed solely for the purpose of publishing your comment.

(3) Legitimate Interest:
Public exchange of user opinions about our products and topics.

(4) Storage Period:
No fixed retention period. You can request deletion of your comment at any time.

(5) Right to Object:
You may object to processing at any time, particularly if it is not related to direct advertising.
